Here's a glimpse at the display I set up at the Narcisse party last night. Look at all those new necklaces! The party was lots of fun, so many people came out, the band was great, the shop looked magical and all the guests looked so beautiful!
I'm officially back from my East Coast adventure! I had a relaxing visit with family and old friends... stayed at the little beach cottage in Rhode Island where I grew up... got into town just in time for Hurricane Earl (which luckily didn't do anything except cause some exciting waves). Mostly I just read a lot (reading: Savage Beauty, a biography of Edna St. Vincent Millay), tried to get a tan (ha! it didn't work!) and swam in the ocean. Went to a couple of flea markets including the mother of all... The Brimfield Antiques Show!

I'll be in Rhode Island visiting family until the middle of the month. I'm not sure how my internet access will be but I'll try to post some pictures while I'm there. I'll be picking up supplies for the next collection and hopefully sitting on the beach!
