Paper Treasure products are hand created by Jesseca McCloskey in Portland, OR. What began as a venture into crafting blank books and wallets has also blossomed into a unique jewelry collection.

Ms. McCloskey has been crafting all her life but decided to take it seriously in 2003. And she's still going strong! Recently she discovered the wonder that is Etsy and set up shop there as sort of an expiriment.... and she fell in love!
